5 weeks off

Since my lifer Breaded Tit, something of a local delicacy in Hampshire, I have been mostly busily not birding back in Baltimore. Along the way, I did manage a lifer Nelson's Sparrow, and I moved house and started a new yard list (turkey and black vulture, Am. Crow, Grackle, winter and Carolina Wren, White-throated Sparrow, White-breasted Nuthatch, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Canada Goose, Ruby-Crowned Kinglet, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Junco, Red-Shouldered Hawk, Am Robin and Blue Jay. Also, 2014 is lining up to be a great birding year, hoping outstripping 2012 (512ish sp) with the UK and India in January, Japan in February, Iceland, Germany and Denmark in March, US in April, Italy in May, UK in June. I could be past 500 by halfway through the year.
