BirdFace is an app I have made to package together some vector-graphics for bird ID. It is an evolving project, but I've had some really encouraging feedback from facebook (~300 views for some images) and it's grown from that.
This is my first attempt at programming an app, so there were several teething problems - early versions were rejected for not being complex enough. But third time lucky, it was accepted.
The app currently includes sheets of Warblers, Sparrows, Herons, Owls, Yardbirds and Seabirds, and I am working on new content... watch this space.
