Met Keith at 4.30 am to try to find some of Owings Mills's owls. We drove around a bunch of spots, and as well as hearing a Great Horned Owl, we had a wonderful look at an Eastern Screech Owl. No Barred Owls in evidence, although Patti says some nest on her street, so I might be able to go see them later in the year.
Non-owls included hearing an American Woodcock peenting, and a possible heard Rusty Blackbird.
