Wow. A quick hour 7-8 on the way to work started off great with a Barred Owl, which flew through the canopy and then stopped for a photo shoot high up. There was a much louder and much more varied chorus than yesterday afternoon, and the birds came almost too rapidly to enjoy each before moving on to the next... a Rosebreasted Grosbeak showed off for a pic; new birds: Blue-headed Vireo, Black-and-white Warbler, Wood Thrush, Ovenbird, Black-throated Blue Warbler (pic), Blue-winged Warbler, and Chestnut-sided Warbler.
