A train ride out of the city to Upper Fern Tree Gully and the day started off well with a couple of Galahs (pic), followed by a Bassian Thrush, then a Swamp Wallaby, a Scarlet Robin, two Superb Lyrebirds, and some Eastern Spinebills.
