Now we know the arboretum is 10 minutes up the 83, it makes a nice accesible quick outing. In a 40 minute walk with the girls, we saw the American Robin (a bird I have not yet seen), a Brown Creeper and an American Goldfinch.
Other Birds: Carolina wren, carolina chickadees, juncos, cardinals, downy and red-bellied woodpeckers, white-breasted nuthatch.
