After the rain, sun sun sun. A beautiful warm lunchtime in the park and the very first bird was a much anticipated
Swainson's Thrush - Bird No. 364! Elsewhere there were robins, jays, thrashers, mockingbirds, mournign doves, indigo buntings, red-bellied woodpeckers, ovenbirds, palm and pine warblers, and a host of sparrows: House, Field, White-throated, White-crowned, Song and an almost for-sure Lincoln's. The only reason I am not counting it is that there can't be any doubt on the last bird!
